Biden Compares Stimulus Investments To Creation Of Internet

During an address in New Hampshire Thursday, Vice President Joe Biden compared the investments the administration is making through stimulus funds to the creation of the internet. Biden explains that both have origins in government funds and opened up new avenues of commerce. (1:02)
