State Department Tight-Lipped On Carter's North Korean Trip

Mark C. Toner, a State Department spokesperson told reporters Wednesday that he would not comment on former President Jimmy Carter’s private trip to North Korea out of fear that it could jeopardize Carter’s goal of negotiating the release of an American citizen. (0:10)
