Waxman Says Hayward Paid No Attention To BP's Risky Behavior

Henry Waxman (D-Calif.), the Chair of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, says Tuesday that according to the committee’s investigation, outgoing BP CEO payed little attention to the risks the oil giant was taking with rig safety.
