BP Undermined Well Safety With Risky Decisions, Says Waxman

Henry Waxman (D - Calif.), the Chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, told reporters Tuesday that his committee’s has determined that BP made a series of risky decisions regarding well safety. Waxman said the investigation led to the creation of the Blowout Prevention Act which would be aimed at the prevention of future oil and gas spills. (0:19)
