Senate Democrat Praises Colleagues For Extenders Vote, Says Next Step Is Jobs

Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-N.H.) praises her newest colleague, Senator Carte Goodwin (D-W.Va), as well as other Senate Democrats for voting to end the filibuster, but says legislation must be passed to give small businesses incentives to start hiring again. (0:44)
