Franken Defends Not Using Stimulus Money To Fund Unemployment Extenders

Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.) tells reporters during a conference call on Tuesday that it would be a bad idea to use unobligated Recovery Act funds to pay for extending unemployment benefits to Americans. (:40)
