Feinberg: We Can Only Respond To Eligible Claims

Kenneth Feinberg, the administrator of the $20 billion escrow account set up by BP to compensate Gulf Coast victims, stressed the importance for the Gulf Coast Claims Service to only recognize eligible claims regarding damages caused by the BP oil spill.
