New Oil Regulation Director Explains "No Tolerance" Policy

Recently appointed director of the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management Michael Bromwich tells a Senate Appropriations subcommittee that he hopes and thinks corruption is not widespread and deeply rooted in what used to be know as the Minerals Management Service, and describes how he will change the face of federal oil regulation.
