Health Insurance Mandate Is Unconstitutional, Says Republican Barton

Rep. Joe Barton (R-Texas) says Thursday that he supports a lawsuit filed by several attorneys general across the nation that challenges the constitutionality of the federal government requiring citizens to purchase health insurance. (:31)
