Haiti Must Make Use Of Solar Energy, Says Its Ambassador To The U.S.

Haiti's Ambassador to the U.S., Raymond Joseph, says in light of the fact that the only thing working after the earthquake were solar powered traffic lights, his country really needs to harness solar energy. Joseph spoke during a forum Wednesday hosted by the Congressional Black Caucus. (0:12)
