Stabenow: "One Size Fits All Approach" To Regulation Doesn't Help Small Banks

Sen. Debbie Stabenow (D-Mich.) says even a healthy bank will not make a loan to a borrower that does not have enough collateral value. Stabenow says that in her state they have made new regulations for big banks since a "one size fits all" approach hurts small banks' ability to lend. (0:31)
