New Bill To Improve Federal Health Benefits Program Would Do Opposite, Say Pharmacy Benefit Managers

Pharmaceutical Care Management Association President and CEO Mark Merritt says the goal of legislation proposed by Rep. Stephen Lynch (D-Mass.) is to improve the health care benefits system for federal employees. But, says Merritt, if signed into law it would do the opposite. (0:13)
