FCC Strives To Help Americans, Says Chairman Genachowski

Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Chairman Julius Genachowski says Title I of the Communications Act gives the FCC the authority to impose regulatory obligations on broadband internet access providers. Genachowski testified Thursday during a Senate hearing on the proposed merger between Comcast and NBC. (0:37)
