Secretary Clinton: START Is Ready For Ratification

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton appeared on Capitol Hill Wednesday to implore Senate Republicans on Tuesday morning to support the New START Treaty’s ratification before the end of lame duck session. Clinton said that due to the stewardship of Kerry and Lugar, it is ready to be ratified. (0:05)
