Secretary Clinton Praises Kerry, Lugar For Spearheading START

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton appeared on Capitol Hill Wednesday to make the case for the START Treaty. Clinton praised Senators John Kerry (D-Mass.) and Richard Lugar (R-Ind.) for their efforts in spearheading the treaty through the Senate. (0:08)
