Leahy: Why Did Would-Be Bomber Have A Valid Visa?

During a hearing on Wednesday, Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) questions the reasoning as to why Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, the alleged 'pants-bomber' had a valid visa, which allowed him to board Northwest flight 253 on Christmas Day. (0:28)
