Man With Faulty Defibrillator Charged For Device's Inspection

Mike Collins, who came to Capitol Hill to support the Medical Devices Safety Act, received six improper shocks from a faulty implanted defibrillator in 2007. He stated that his insurance was ultimately charged for the examination performed by the manufacturer. (0:17)
