Fair 2010 Census Key To Funding, Representation For Gulf Residents

Wade Henderson, President of the Leadership Conference on Civil Rights, says it is vital that next year's census count be conducted fairly and accurately. Henderson warns that residents of Gulf states could experience a lack of funding and congressional representation over the next ten years if the 2010 census is conducted inaccurately. (:49)
