2010 Census Could Discriminate Against Gulf State Minorities

Wade Henderson, President of the Leadership Conference on Civil Rights, says he's concerned that next year's census count may be unfair to minorities that live in Gulf states. Henderson points out that a large number of minorities live in "hard to count" areas of states such as Mississippi and Alabama. (:44)
