History Shows Health Reform Will Be Abortion Mandate Says GOP'er Pitts

Rep. Joe Pitts (R-Pa.) says that the current health care bill contains a hidden abortion mandate. He says that history shows that if abortion is not explicitly excluded in the bill pro-life Americans will be forced to purchase plans that pay for abortion. (0:26)
