Insure The Most Amount Of People With The Least Amount Of Money Says Democrat Perlmutter

Congressman Ed Perlmutter (D-Col.) says said that it is important that the most amount of Americans are insured for the least amount of money. This issue is particularly important to him because he has a daughter with epilepsy, a pre-existing condition that may exclude her from health care coverage in the future. (0:14).
