Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University speaks with Jay Goodman Tamboli about her new book, The People Factor: Strengthening America by Investing in Public Service and the staffing crisis that faces the American government. This is insane. I am a student and I would love to get a government job but its almost impossible to contact the federal government even though so many people are retiring.
