Obama: Creating Jobs More Urgent Than Paying Down Deficit

In a speech delivered at the Brookings Institution on Tuesday, President Barack Obama says that people who believe paying down deficits should be more of a priority than investing in job creation are supporting a "false choice." (0:43)
