Obama Administration Has Obligation To Cut Defense Spending, Says Expert

Center for American Progress Vice President of Economic Policy Michael Ettlinger says that President Obama should make baseline defense budget cuts in order to offset the cost of sending an additional 30,000 troops to Afghanistan.
