Cannon calls Rove’s subpoena inconvenient

Rep. Chris Cannon (R-Utah) asks Rep. Linda Sanchez (D-Calif.) if she is aware that the House Subcommittee on Commercial and Administrative Law scheduled a hearing in which former White House Deputy Chief of Staff Karl Rove was to appear under subpoena on a date he was scheduled to be out of the country. Cannon says that the committee scheduled based on its own convenience and not on Rove’s. Sanchez says that neither Rove nor his attorneys informed the committee of any schedule conflicts. (0:57)
