Clinton says withdrawing from Iraq is not retreating from fighting terrorism

When addressing students and guests at George Washington University, Democratic Presidential Candidate Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton says under her plan, withdrawing from Iraq does not mean retreating from fighting terrorism in Iraq. That is why, she says, I will order small lead strike forces to engage in targeted operations against al Qaeda in Iraq. This will protect Iraqi citizens, our allies, and our families right here at home. (:20)
