Senator Kent Conrad (D-ND) Questions Jim Nussle, Director of OMB, on the President's Proposed War Spending at Budget Committte Hearing 

Mr. Nussle testifies that President Bush sets aside $70 billion for 2009 spending in Iraq and Afghanistan and does not give an estimate for 2010.
