Jerry Northington of the Delaware Democratic Party says the Delaware turnout has been light today

Jerry Northington, handing out flyers at Brandywine High School in Wilmington, says that turnout today has been about the same as for previous primaries, and even the people in the polling place agree it's lower than expected. (0:35)
