Vicki Huddleston, panelist at the Brookings institutes discussion on Cuba's transition after Castro: Cuban-American views, talks about the changing view on Diplomatic relations amongst Cuban-Americans.
Huddleston says that for the first time a majority of Cuban-Americans thinks that the US should re-establish diplomatic relations with Cuba. She also talks about a national dialogue with Cuba; this dialogue would be exiles, dissidents and the government of Cuba. (0:36)
