Damian Fernandez, panelist at the Brookings institutes discussion on Cuba's transition after Castro: Cuban-American views, says that Cuban-Americans are looking to Cuba instead of Washington or Miami.

Fernandez talks about the shifting center of political gravity as Cuban-Americans are looking towards Cuba instead of Washington and Miami for political innovation. He also mentioned that there is a great Cuban-American support to support political actors inside Cuba. (0:41)
