Hello,
I would like to ask a question in regards to Ben Bernanke’s bailout program that he is offering. I would like to know how that is helpful to home-owners who have excellent credit and still are unable to refinance the home due to the declining market prices. Especially in California, the home values are declining tremendously I have a home that needs to be refinanced but I cannot seem to get 100% financing from any lender. Could you please give me some feedback on what I could do and lower my payment?
I look forward to your reply.
Best Regards,
Jenny
