Obama Turns 49 Wednesday

President Barack Obama will turn 49 Wednesday and, according to White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs, will celebrate the occasion in Chicago.

“I think his plans for tomorrow are dinner with some friends in Chicago, and I think he is looking forward to spending the night in his house for a change,” Gibbs told reporters Tuesday.

Wednesday will mark the second Birthday Obama has celebrated while in office. On his first, the President ventured into the press room and presented now-retired columnist Helen Thomas, who shares his August 4^th Birthday, with cupcakes.
