Report: Feds To Investigate Murdoch's News Corp

A federal law enforcement source apparently told reporters Thursday that the FBI will investigate media mogul Rupert Murdoch’s News Corporation for allegedly hacking into the phone conversations and voicemail of 9/11 survivors.

The official reportedly spoke to the press on the condition of anonymity, due to a of lack of authorization.

Although it is unclear whether News Corp. employees indeed conducted illegal hacking, the source said that the FBI fully intends to investigate the allegations.
