Gingrich To Make It Official

Much to the chagrin of Saturday Night Live producers, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich will announce this week that he will run for President next year.

Gingrich, who has spent months making his decision, will reportedly announce via his Facebook and Twitter pages on Wednesday.

An SNL skit this past weekend involving undeclared GOP candidates portrayed Gingrich as being not quite ready to commit to the race. (video below)
