Report: Hamas Condemns Bin Laden Strike

Hamas is condemning the U.S. strike that killed terrorist leader Osama bin Laden, according to Reuters.

“We condemn the assassination and the killing of an Arab holy warrior,” Ismail Haniyeh,” a senior Hamas leader is quoted as saying. “We ask God to offer him mercy with the true believers and the martyrs.”

Bin Laden, the man behind the 9/11 terrorist attacks, was killed by U.S. forces on Sunday. President Obama made the announcement in a late night address.
