Poll: Americans Souring On Tea Party
Friday, April 29, 2011 at 11:19AM47 percent of Americans hold an unfavorable image of the conservative Tea Party movement, according to a poll conducted by Gallup.
The amount of those who describe the Tea Party negatively jumped by 7 percent from March of last year. In addition, those who say they have a favorable view of the movement is dropped from 39 percent at the beginning of the year, and is now at 33 percent.
The poll was taken between April 20th and the 23rd, but was released Thursday. It was conducted among 1,013 adults.
