VP Biden Caught Dozing Off During Obama's Deficit Speech

At some point during President Barack Obama’s speech on tackling the nation’s growing deficit, Biden is seen seated adjacent to Treasury Secreatry Timothy Geithner dozing off.

His eyes are closed and his head seems to grow increasingly unstable as it rests on his shoulders.
