Egyptian Riots For Democracy Continue

As riots against Egyptian government officials move into the seventh day, the BBC reports tens of thousands of protesters are continuing to gather in Cairo.

Protestors are defying long-standing President Hosni Mubarak and his recently announced cabinet.

Egypt’s international relations are growing uneasy with the protests, and are pressuring for swift resolution. President Obama and Secretary of State Hilary Clinton urged Egypt to pursue an “orderly transition” into democracy. 

Foreign ministers of the European Union are scheduled to meet in Brussels on Monday, and addressing the protests in Egypt is at the top of their agenda.
