Giffords Shooter Heads Back To Court

Jared Loughner will make his second appearance in a federal courtroom in Phoenix on Monday. The 22-year-old, who shot and nearly killed Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (D-Ariz.) during a meet-and-greet event with constituents earlier this month, will be arraigned on charges of murder and attempted murder.
