Key Senate Battles Heat Up

The nonpartisan Cook Political Report has downgraded its forecast for the number of Senate seats that Republicans will take on Tuesday. Cook now estimates that the GOP will pickup anywhere from six to eight seats, compared with its prediction of a seven-to-nine seat pickup last week.
