Rubio Sets Fundraising Record

Florida Senate Candidate Marco Rubio (R) set a third quarter fundraising record by taking in around $5 million for his race against Gov. Charlie Crist (I) and Rep. Kendrick Meek (D).  

“While we still fully expect this final report to show us trailing Crist in cash on hand, we are confident we will have the resources to meet or exceed whatever our opponents are spending on television during October,” Rubio strategist Todd Harris said in a statement on the third quarter numbers.
