The Center for American Progress is holding a briefing on the BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico and its impact on public health, with Rep. Lois Capps, D-Calif.; Ellen Marie Shelan, associate directorof Health Policy at CAP; and CAP fellow Lesley Russell.
