Bottom line is we have got to save lives

By Candyce Torres, University of New Mexico-Talk Radio News Service. Congressman Louie Gohmert (R-TX) talks about the bill "A Child Is Missing Alert and Recovery Center Act." Gohmert and Congressman Ron Klein (D-FL) have together sponsored this bipartisan legislation. The bill would utilize the most recent technology that would place a thousand immediate emergency calls just minutes after the disappearance of a child, an elderly citizen or a mentally and physically challenged individual.
