Kerry: Afghan Surge Won't Work Without New Strategy

Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.) stated Monday that sending additional U.S. troops to Afghanistan will be fruitless without an updated strategy.
“The bottom line is that deploying additional troops won’t result in sustainable gains if the Afghan security, civilian and governance capacity isn’t there,” Kerry said during a speech to the Council on Foreign Relations.
Kerry, who chairs the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, suggested that both the Generals on the ground in Afghanistan and U.S. leaders develop a plan that establishes an attainable mission in the region.
“If we redefine our strategy and objectives to focus on what is achievable as well as critical, and empower the Afghans to take control of their own future, we will give us the best chance to succeed,” said Kerry.
The Massachusetts Democrat condemned General Stanley McChrystal's call for approximately 40,000 more troops, saying it goes too far and that a solely military approach will not fix the region.
Kerry also spoke on Pakistan's significance in the region, stating that there needs to be a supportive and open relationship between both the U.S. and Pakistani governments.
“Regardless of what happens in Afghanistan, and especially if we want to reduce the need for boots on the ground, it is vitally important that we intensify our support and improve our cooperation with Pakistan,” said Kerry.

IF Obama does not comply with the needs of our military men and women in Afganistan - or any other place for that matter - meaning, troops and appropiate equipment, WE LOOSE THE WAR AGAINST TERRORISM FOR AL-QAEDA AND OTHERS TERRORIST FACTIONS WILL GAIN ROBUST POWER AND CONTIUE THEIR DESTRUCTIVE AGENDA.
2. IF Obama does not solidarize(at least morally) with Israel when they launch to oblitarate the atomic faciclities in Iran, THAT IS A DIRECT EVIDENCE THAT OBAMA IS A TERRORIST FROM WITHIN.....What is more ,...IF ISRAEL DOES NOT TAKE IRANIAN ATOMIC FACILITIES RIGHT NOW.... WE ARE TO EXPERIENCE A NUCLEAR ATTACK TO ISRAEL AND OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD AS WELL.
But the reality is that the 'real presidents' (THE PRESIDENTIAL CONSORTIUM)...SOROS,,,PODESTA,...EMANUEL,...AXELROD,...JARRETT,...
SCHUMNER,...KERRY,..REID,...DODD,...PELOSI....and others weeds are the ones to give the 'go' or 'not-go' to Obama who EVERYONE KNOWS IS JUST AN EMPLOYEE OF THIS PRESIDENTIAL CONSORTIUM, to carry their orders.

WE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA , fight against TYRANY, HUNGER, KNOWLEDGE DEPRAVATION, ILLNESS, in addition, WE develop many avenues for progress for ourselves and others. Much more, A LOT MORE, can be said ,but lets stop here.
You see, all those countries (WHERE TERRORISTS ARE ) those countries that hate us and want to destroy us, HAD THOUSAND OF YEARS TO ACCOMPLISH WHAT WE DID IN LESS THAN ONLY 300 YEARS.
THIS country IS SUCCESSFUL, THEY ARE NOT ! …. and this is the hour that they still killing among themselves ( in others words - NO PROGRESS , THEY STILL BARBARIANS ),…and now, because that sense of ENVY AND UNACCOMPLISHMENT, TOTAL FAILURE, they come to us, NOT IN PEACE , but to kill and destroy.
