The Washington Bureau will cover a news conference on energy with Congressman Rahm Emanuel (D-Ill.) and another news conference on gas prices and the economy with several senators. Staff will also cover an address by Senator Richard Durbin (D-Ill.) on switching from carbon-based fuels to renewable energy sources.
