Today at Talk Radio News, United Nations Correspondent Tala Dowlatshahi will be covering an Iraq briefing at the U.N.

The Washington bureau will be covering the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee's hearing entitled "Is Treasury Using Bailout Funds to Increase Foreclosure Prevention, as Congress Intended?," a panel discussion on "The Political Economy of U.S. Policy in International Trade and Investment Law" hosted by The American Society of International Law's International Economic Law Interest Group and a rally calling attention to global poverty issues during the G20 Financial Crisis summit outside the White House.

The bureau will also be covering a media briefing on the release of a set of principles to "move the nation and the world toward a rational and efficient financial regulatory system," at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and an Alliance for Health Reform briefing on "Lessons on Coverage from Abroad: How Do the Dutch, German and Swiss Health Care Systems Do It?".

Meanwhile, TRNS staffers Ellen Ratner, Lovisa Frost, S. Dawn Casey, Adrian Frost, and Jay Goodman Tamboli are riding camels in Dubai, U.A.E.
