Bad news will follow the Yahoo!-Google deal says Microsoft rep

At a House Judiciary Committee Task Force on Competition Policy and Antitrust Laws meeting on internet competition, Brad Smith, Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary for Microsoft Corporation lists four ways in which the potential Yahoo!-Google deal would be detrimental to the market. Yahoo!-Google deal good for the economy says Google rep

David C.
