White House Economist Says GOP Hasn't Done Enough For Small Businesses

During a conference call Thursday, David Kamin of the White House National Economic Council said he appreciated that the Republicans, the day prior, proposed a plan to renew the payroll tax cut. However, he said thats not enough for small businesses. (0:23)
