Phillips: Don't Apologize for the Use of Hard Power
James Phillips, senior research fellow of Middle Eastern Affairs at the Heritage Foundation, expressed Wednesday why he doesn't think Obama should apologize for the use of hard power during his upcoming trip overseas.
