Former INS Agent Laments Government's Effort To Combat Illegal Immigration

Michael Cutler, a Senior Fellow with Californians For Population Stabilization, laments the fact that eight years have passed since the September 11 attacks and the federal government has yet to get serious about cracking down on illegal immigration.
